TERMS OF SERVICE
✦ Payment method: Clients are to pay in full upfront. Once your payment is confirmed I will try to work on your commission as soon as possible (if there is no queue).
✦ I can do robux but I'll only take 1 slot for it each month. We can talk about the price privately.
✦ Payments can only be made through VGen or Ko-fi.
✦ Prices are in USD✦ Deadlines and delivery: Commissions are all done digitally and will be sent through a google drive link. I will provide you with a watermarked and non-watermarked version.
✦ Turnover time will depend on the complexity of the commission.Due to my studies the turnover time may take to a week to 3 months. This is depending on the complexity of the product. However if I take too long I will let you know.
✦ If you have set a deadline when you want it done then feel free to let me know, I will try to prioritize your piece for an additional rush fee. Depending how soon the deadline is the fee will start at 15 USD.✦ Progress and revisions: I will send you regular updates on your product when I can, this is mostly to confirm if what I've done is up to your tastes.
Sketch revisions are free of charge.
✦ Any modifications once I have proceeded to the lineart/coloring/rendering will result in an additional fee. Though fixing mistakes like missing details, colors will be free of charge.✦ Refunds: No refunds can be made once I have started working on the drawing. Though if I am unable to fulfill your request within your provided deadline then I will refund you.✦ Use: I retain the right to use a watermarked version of the final product for my own use. (For portfolios, social medias and commission samples.)✦ As a commissioner you can:
Repost my artwork with credit in your social media accounts.
Edit or crop my artwork to use as an icon or banner.✦ As a commissioner you can't:
- Claim the artwork as your own.
- Print and sell my illustration.
- Use my art for commercial purposes.
- Use my artwork for NFTs or AI training.✦ Communication: You can communicate with me through my email or through my Discord.
✦ Though I'd very much prefer if we could communicate through VGen.✦ Privacy and confidentiality: You and I agree that we will not share or leak any private information obtained during this exchange.
Private information include:
1. Names, physical addresses, mobile numbers and emails or any information that can be used for identification.
2. Any information relating to my account that may be used for social media sites.
