TERMS OF SERVICE
How to commission
- Please email me at [email protected] or message me on Discord first before commissioning.
-Provide a full reference of your character with details, expression, pose etc.
-Commissions must be paid in half before I start the sketch. After the approval of the sketch, the commission must be paid in FULL.
-Please pay after I ACCEPT your commission. I will not start your commission until I receive payment.
-Provide a full reference of your character with details, expression, pose etc.
-Payments only through Ko-Fi or Paypal.
Terms of Service
-Prices are in USD.
-I will only accept payment through PayPal invoice. Any other type of payment will be declined.
-I am allowed to decline your commission.
-Expect the turnaround time to be a week to a few months. (Depending on how complex the piece is or how busy I will be due to my studies.)
-If you want me to design a character there will be an extra fee.
-Sketch revisions are only free ONCE. Any more than that will have an additional payment.
-You cannot use my art for commercial purposes. It is for personal use only.
-I will still retain the copyright for the produced artwork.
-Commissioners can share my art in their own social medias with credit.

Usage
As a commissioner you can:
1. Repost my artwork with credit in your social media accounts.
2. Edit or crop my artwork to use as an icon or banner.
As a commissioner you can't
1. Claim the artwork as your own.
2. Print and sell my illustration.
3. Use my art for commercial purposes.
4. Use my artwork for AI training.
Confidentiality
You and I agree that we will not share or leak any private information obtained during this exchange.
Private information include:
1. Names, physical addresses, mobile numbers and emails or any information that can be used for identification.
2. Any information relating to my account that may be used for social media sites.
